ART IN THE COUNTY is Prince Edward County’s premier annual juried exhibition and sale, proudly showcasing the exceptional talents of local artists and artisans since 1993. As the region’s largest and most esteemed art event, Art in the County proudly celebrates the extraordinary talents of Prince Edward County’s artists and artisans across various media, including watercolour, acrylic, oil, and encaustic paintings, as well as sculpture, textiles, woodwork, photography, ceramics, glass, and more.

Recognized as one of Eastern Ontario’s premier community art exhibitions, Art in the County has welcomed over 63,000 visitors, showcased close to 2,500 works of art by Prince Edward County artists and artisans, and has generated over $400,000 in art sales for local artists.

As a signature program of the Prince Edward County Arts Council, a non-profit and registered charity, Art in the County plays a vital role in enriching the region’s cultural landscape. Proceeds from visitor donations and art sales directly support local artists and ongoing arts initiatives, ensuring creativity continues to thrive in Prince Edward County.
